This is "sensitive personal information" under the CCPA/CPRA and a "special category" of data under the GDPR. We process it only because and to the extent you choose to provide it, solely to provide the matching service, and never for advertising. You can remove it at any time by editing your profile or deleting your account.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Other Users

Your profile information, including photos, bio, and basic information, is visible to other users of the Service as part of the matching process. Your email address, password, and payment information are never visible to other users.

4.2 With Service Providers

We may disclose your information to service providers who perform services on our behalf under written contracts that restrict their use of your information, such as:

  • Payment processors
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Email service providers
  • Customer support services

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4.4 In Case of Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and the successor will remain bound by this policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure payment processing
  • Regular security assessments
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Employee training on data protection

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights and choices:

  • Access: You can access and update your account information at any time through your profile settings
  • Deletion: You can delete your account in your profile settings or request deletion by contacting customer support
  • Marketing Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails
  • Cookies: You can manage cookie preferences via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer or your browser settings

Credit Card Information: Credit card registration is required in advance for age verification and premium features. We use secure, industry-standard payment processors to handle all credit card transactions. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Billing Transparency: We will never charge you unfairly without notice or notification. All charges will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use only strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (login session, security/CSRF protection, and your cookie consent choice). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; if we introduce them, they will be activated only after you opt in via the cookie banner.

You can review the full list of cookies, their purposes, and durations in our Cookie Policy, and change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Do Not Track: Because we do not track users across third-party websites, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing; note that we do not sell or share personal information in the first place.

9. Data Retention
