2. Eligibility

Age Verification: Age verification is required to use the Service. Some content requires payment, and credit card registration is required in advance for age verification and premium features.

Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws.

Criminal History: By using the Service, you represent that you have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or a sexual offense, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government authority.

  • Advertise, solicit, or offer commercial sexual services, escort services, or prostitution
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service or collect user data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal or unauthorized uses of the Service, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

5. Interactions with Other Users; No Background Checks

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. piapple.net does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification of its members beyond age verification, and makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user.

Please exercise caution and common sense when interacting with other members, especially when meeting in person for the first time: meet in public places, tell a friend or family member about your plans, and never send money or share financial information with other members.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant Comsys Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on the rights of others
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous

Our Content: All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Comsys Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Premium Features and Payments

Premium Features: Some features of the Service require payment. These include:

  • Additional likes beyond the daily free limit
  • Extended messaging capabilities
  • Advanced search filters
  • Priority profile visibility
  • Access to premium content

Payment Terms:

  • All fees are clearly displayed in U.S. dollars before purchase
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; price changes apply only to purchases made after the change

Automatic Renewal: If you purchase a subscription that renews automatically, we will clearly disclose the renewal terms and price before you subscribe, and you may cancel the automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support, effective at the end of the current billing period (California Business and Professions Code §17600 et seq.).

Refunds: Except as provided in Section 8 (Your Right to Cancel) or as required by applicable law, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact customer support for refund requests.

Billing: We will never charge you unfairly without notice or notification. All charges will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

8. Your Right to Cancel (California Dating Service Contracts)

If you are a California resident, the following rights apply to any paid dating service contract under California Civil Code §1694 et seq.:

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT SELLER'S THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT, EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.

To cancel, send written notice of cancellation to: operator name and address, or through the contact form. If you cancel within this period, we will refund all payments made under the contract within ten (10) days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Death or Disability: If by reason of death or disability you are unable to receive all services for which you have contracted, you or your estate may elect to be relieved of the obligation to make payments for services other than those received before death or the onset of disability, as provided in California Civil Code §1694.2.

Relocation: If you relocate further than 50 miles from your primary residence and are unable to receive the services, you may elect to receive services of comparable value or be relieved of further payment obligations, as provided in California Civil Code §1694.3.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and our Cookie Policy.

10. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. Termination does not affect any cancellation and refund rights you have under Section 8.

11. Disclaimers

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

User Interactions: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users (see Section 5).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comsys Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

California Civil Code §1542 is not waived with respect to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California consumer protection law, including your cancellation rights under Section 8.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comsys Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your place of residence.

15. Notice to California Users

Pursuant to California Civil Code §1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: the Service is provided by operator name and address.
